Refractions investigates the physical transformation of light as it encounters glass before reaching a camera sensor without a lens. Where unmediated light creates pure space, the introduction of glass creates structure - redirecting, bending, and splitting beams into sharp geometries and overlapping fields of colour.

These works are records of an optical event - moments where light, physical matter, and digital reception collide to form silent, self-contained abstractions.
